The room I stayed in was so cozy and comfortable. It had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, perfect for relaxing and catching up on my favorite shows. I loved having a private balcony with beautiful garden views. It was a great spot to enjoy my morning coffee and start the day off right. The air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver, especially during hot summer days. It kept me cool and made my stay even more enjoyable. The 24-hour front desk made it easy for me to get assistance whenever I needed it. The staff was friendly and always ready to help.
Although the room had a minibar, I didn't really use it much. But I understand that others might find it convenient.

I had the most incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff members went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The common areas were beautifully decorated, and I felt like I was in a fairytale castle. On Christmas day, we had a delicious dinner that made us feel cozy and festive. The highlight of my stay was the massage, which was incredibly relaxing. The hotel is also conveniently located, with a cheap taxi ride to the city center.
I regretted only staying for two nights at this amazing place. It was clean, comfortable, and had a charming Moroccan style.

The hotel is situated in a quiet, upscale neighborhood at a reasonable distance from the city. The staff was very welcoming and provided us with fresh fruit and tea upon arrival. The gardens and the pool were well-maintained and a great spot to relax.
The quality of the food and drinks was poor and expensive compared to similar options in the city. The breakfast was the same every day and of low quality.

Immaculate gardens, old-fashioned charm in the rooms, perfect temperature in the pool, and fantastic food. The hotel, with beautiful wood carvings, is managed by amazing staff who are warm and incredibly helpful.
Nothing to fault.

I recently had an unforgettable holiday in Morocco and was lucky enough to stay in a stunning hotel set in a beautiful area. the building had a rich history and an authentic feel, with traditional Moroccan decor. the staff was friendly and hospitable, and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic. the food was delicious, especially the traditional cuisine, and we enjoyed it tremendously. this place's facilities and the room were top-notch; it was like staying in a luxurious palace.
The hotel was a little far from the city center, and not all taxi drivers knew the directions to the Hotel, so a little bit of research should be necessary before traveling there. Another downside was that the bathroom floor could have been cleaner as it showed some black stains and dampness.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
